Black History Month Campaign w/Raveen Alexis

Hey Hey Hey,

Have you noticed in the past 5 or so years that the conversations around Mental Health have come to the forefront?

I have seen so much more awareness around self-love, meditation, and mental health and I think it's absolutely beautiful. I've embarked on my own journey about 2 years ago and it became more serious within the last year when I decided to take it up a notch and seek therapy. BEST DECISION EVER!!

What I love about the journey to self is that there are so many ways you can nurture that journey and I had the opportunity to sit down with Raveen and talk about ways she has learned to nurture her spiritual and mental journey through journaling, yoga, and community healing.

Listen to our conversation as we touch on the importance of making sure your cup is full before pouring it out to others and how she has turned something she did for her personal growth and how she shares it with the community.

Enjoy!

(sidenote: this was recorded on my phone lol so don't come for me :) )
